一、簡介
高效混合機是由JQJ1-170剪切機、CIP-B30自吸泵和控制柜三部分組成，剪切機是利用定子、轉子之間狹窄間隙中形成的紊流對物料進行高速、強烈的液力剪切、離心擠壓、撞擊和研磨來完成物料的連續(xù)分散、乳化及粉碎。定轉子采用新型齒形組合。定子與轉子均采用高強度不銹鋼，表面并經過特殊硬化處理精密制造而成，電機采用電機直聯形式，電機軸采用特殊不銹鋼。
密封為機械密封。物料由料斗通過自吸泵輸送到剪切機。本機總體結構簡單、體積小、重量輕、耐磨性好、噪音低和運行平穩(wěn)等優(yōu)點、其特點是不用研磨介質，集分散、乳化、均質、破碎、輸送為一體。
二、應用
本機適用于食品飲料、制藥、顏料、染料、涂料、油水乳化、精細化工、石化等行業(yè)。（固體與液體）可輕松完成高粘度和含量高的懸浮液的分散和高效溶解。（液體與液體）油、水的乳化，細胞組織的破碎。（氣體、液體、固體）吸收、溶解、萃取的混合、分散。同時具有一定的輸送能力。
