一、生產(chǎn)型膠體磨主要用途
該機(jī)適用于制藥、食品、化工及其他行業(yè)的濕物料超微粉碎，能起到各種半流體及乳狀液體物質(zhì)的破碎、乳化、均質(zhì)和混合，主要技術(shù)指標(biāo)已達(dá)到國外同類產(chǎn)品的先進(jìn)水平。
二、生產(chǎn)型膠體磨工作原理
膠體磨是由電動(dòng)機(jī)通過皮帶傳動(dòng)帶動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)齒（或稱為轉(zhuǎn)子）與相配的定齒（或稱為定子）作相對的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，其中一個(gè)高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，另一個(gè)靜止，被加工物料通過本身的重量或外部壓力（可由泵產(chǎn)生）加壓產(chǎn)生向下的螺旋沖擊力，透過定、轉(zhuǎn)齒之間的間隙（間隙可調(diào)）時(shí)受到強(qiáng)大的剪切力、摩擦力、高頻振動(dòng)、高速旋渦等物理作用，使物料被有效地乳化、分散、均質(zhì)和粉碎，達(dá)到物料超細(xì)粉碎及乳化的效果。破碎室設(shè)有三道磨碎區(qū)，一級為粗磨碎區(qū)，二級為細(xì)磨碎區(qū)，三級為超微磨碎區(qū)，通過調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)子的間隙，能緊湊運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，具有平穩(wěn)、噪音小、耐腐蝕、易清洗、維修方便等特點(diǎn)。目前是國內(nèi)濕法粉碎較理想的設(shè)備
